Project Manager and Account Services Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Account Services Specialist to serve as support to existing client services and manage a variety of projects on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for the initiation, management and coordination of marketing, creative, production, and research projects for major clients. Experience at managing complex timelines, meeting deadlines, and proactively supporting management is a must.

We are seeking a self-starter who is resourceful and has a high level of personal initiative and accountability. This position is best suited for someone who is highly communicative and has an organized, thoughtful approach to projects. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for design and marketing and has worked in the industry.

Location Remote – Arizona resident preferred

Compensation Based on 3+ years of experience in the design, marketing or advertising fields

Hours Full-time / 8:30am – 5pm MST / 40 hours a week

Required skills and experience

  • Responsible for the planning, development and execution of advertising and marketing activities for clients, including creative briefs and project timelines.
  • A key support person for the account manager on major accounts. Able to initiate and manage all client correspondence, including scope of work and cost estimates
  • Proactively initiate and manage timelines for all creative projects and media assignments
  • Assist in the development and production of plans, presentations and proposals
  • Provide timely and ongoing budget management and reporting
  • Work with creative teams to communicate client objectivess
  • Understand and manage projects through agency systems including but not limited to opening of jobs, providing details, completing tasks and tracking timelines
  • Understand all steps necessary to complete a project – both print and digital
  • Keep clients informed on the status of all projects including completion and distribution of weekly status reports, production timelines or other verbal or written updates
  • Review and proofread all materials
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Well-versed in all full-service agency offerings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or business-related preferred
  • Understanding of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
  • Understanding of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Understanding of the Adobe Suite a plus
  • Experienced and comfortable working in a Mac based environment
  • Experience with project management software
